In conjunction with the Customer Portal, you can follow vehicles across your fleet in real-time and generate historical data reports.

It is often difficult to know when a vehicle has reached its maximum load, which can result in underloading if operators are unsure of the vehicle’s weight. This can lead to additional trips to transport all cargo. Overloaded vehicles on the other hand consume more fuel and increase wear on tyres and suspension components. Monitoring vehicle load weight in real time can therefore have a substantial impact on fuel usage and compliance.
With Modul-Connect, the weighing system helps monitor the front and rear axle weight, as well as total weight of the vehicle. If the system detects an overload, a warning is sent directly to the user. Modul-System appreciates the challenges fleet managers face and we continue to develop ways to support you with this transition. As standard, our van racking and shelving is all drill-free, meaning that it can be easily converted into electric and hybrid vans. - e-Power: The auxiliary batteries double as control units for a connected e-Heater and/or e-Inverter, creating effortless management. The e-Power can be charged in three different ways; AC, DC and solar charging. This ensures your workspace is always ready with reliable extra power.
- e-Inverter: We offer two models, e-Inverter 2000 and e-Inverter 3000, available across both the EU and the UK. Our e-Inverters work alongside the e-Power to charge and power electronics and appliances. The 3000W inverter also includes a built-in bypass function which allows direct AC to passthrough when external power is available.
- e-Heater: The e-Heaters delivers powerful, zero-emission heating for commercial vehicles. Using PTC technology, it provides safe, reliable warmth for both electric and fuel-powered vehicles. When integrated with Modul-Connect, it also allows remote pre-heating, helping fleets reduce emissions and improve efficiency.
